Reviews and Ratings
I recently spent a few days at this hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. While the location was excellent for exploring downtown Nashville and the rooms were fairly comfortable, my overall experience was marred by issues with service and some cleanliness concerns. I had to deal with a significant delay in getting my room freshened up and didn't appreciate how the staff handled my complaints.
During my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff, who went above and beyond, especially at check-in with complimentary champagne. The location is great for exploring Nashville, with many attractions within walking distance, but the nightly rates plus the additional amenity fee can be a bit overwhelming. I found the pool to be quite small with no hot tub, which was disappointing given the price. The dining experience varied, with some great food but also some items running out quickly.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the drink vouchers upon check-in, the overall service could use improvement, especially with the valet. The location was okay, though not as close to the nightlife as I expected. I also found the dining options quite expensive for what was offered.
The downtown Sheraton offered a well-maintained room that was spacious and comfortable, although the club lounge was quite small and breakfast was overcrowded, leading us to seek alternatives. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we encountered some delays with room servicing that detracted from the experience. The location is excellent for accessing many attractions around the city, but some dining experiences didn’t meet our expectations in terms of variety and quality.
This hotel made my Nashville trip truly enjoyable! It’s conveniently located just a few blocks from Broadway and has a fantastic free shuttle service that took us to various attractions, though sometimes there was a bit of a wait. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the dining experience was good overall, I found the breakfast offerings a bit lacking. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were a major highlight, making my rest really rejuvenating.
